How do I open an account?
Click Sign up, choose Apple, Google, or email and password. You must be 18 or over and resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), LTC, BCH, DOGE, TRX, and others through our payment provider. Deposits are credited in GBP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of blockchain confirmation.
When do I need to verify my identity?
Before your first deposit. This is a UKGC licence condition — we cannot accept a deposit from an unverified customer. Verification typically takes under 5 minutes through our partner Veriff.
How long do withdrawals take?
Your first withdrawal is reviewed within 24 hours. Subsequent withdrawals: under 4 hours. VIP: under 1 hour. After approval, payouts settle on-chain within minutes.
Why does my bet show awaiting verification?
We do not credit winning bets until at least two independent result sources agree on the outcome. Most settle within minutes of full-time; in rare cases of conflicting data, a member of our team reviews the match manually.
How do I take a break?
